Here is a list of past schools from Houghton, Keweenaw, and Baraga counties that are either no longer operational or now gone due to demolition or disrepair. The photographs come from a variety of sources, including the Michigan Technological University Archives, the Library of Congress, Clarence Monette’s local history books, local historical societies and museums, town centennial publications, and other reliable online collections.
